What You’ll Be Doing

Running cold outbound: email, phone, LinkedIn—you’ll live in it
Booking meetings and generating pipeline for the AE/founders
Working with us to refine ICPs, messaging, and outreach strategy
Becoming a trusted voice in the outbound community through posts, shares, and engagement

What We're Looking For

1–3 years of B2B sales or hustle-heavy experience (bonus for outbound SDR roles)
You’re comfortable with cold calling, cold emailing, and being creative online
Strong written and verbal skills—you can hold a conversation and write a killer email
You’re hungry to learn, excited to build, and not afraid to figure things out
A willingness to put yourself out there (we’ll help you build your personal brand)
