We’re not looking for SDRs.
We’re looking for PHDs — Positive, Hungry, Determined.
Killers who wake up ready to dial 75 pizza shops before lunch, shrug off rejection like it’s cardio, and know how to move fast without guardrails.
We’re building the baddest outbound team in food delivery- starting with two elite hires now, scaling to six SDRs by end of year.
Comp / Expectations
Base salary: $65K
OTE: $100K+ (uncapped)
Remote-first, but we want people in NYC first, then SF or Austin Nashville.
Need 2 hires in place by July 31 — top of funnel is mission-critical.
Early hires = founding team energy. You'll shape how we scale.

You’re selling into pizza shops, plain and simple
They’re getting crushed by DoorDash fees.
Drivers are flaky.Margins are thin. And no one’s offering them a real alternative—until you call.
Cold outreach all day — phones, emails, DMs, whatever works.
Talk to owners, GMs, shift leaders—anyone who picks up.
Qualify fast and hand off to the AE.
Get creative with targeting. Tweak your message daily
Use Hubspot + Apollo like weapons.
Track it all. Beat last week. Repeat.
Who Wins in This Role
You’re not afraid of the phone—you love it
You’re comfortable talking to a pizza shop owner during the dinner rush.
You’ve got a chip on your shoulder and something to prove.
You’re coachable, relentless, and allergic to excuses.
You can handle chaos, figure stuff out, and execute fast.
Hard Requirements
1+ year in outbound sales (BDR/SDR)
Comfort making 50–75 cold calls/day.
Experience with CRMs (Hubspot preferred).
Bonus Points
Experience selling to restaurants or in foodtech/logistics.
You’ve worked in a pizza shop (or just love the industry).
Spanish fluency.
Early-stage startup experience.
