The Role: Content Manager
Base Salary: £35K–£40K
Location: Brighton, 3 to 4 days/week in office
You’ll build and run the entire content engine, top to bottom, strategy to execution. That means owning the editorial calendar, writing and editing content, managing freelancers, running keyword research, tracking performance, and tying it all back to qualified pipeline.

What You’ll Be Doing
Own and execute the content strategy across blog, landing pages, SEO and CRO
Write and edit content yourself, no ghostwriters
Translate merchant pain points into high-intent, conversion-focused copy
Build topic clusters and evergreen content for core use cases
Work cross-functionally with sales, onboarding, and product
Test, optimise and report on traffic, rankings, and lead quality
Manage freelancers or agencies as content scales
What Will Set You Apart
3+ years content or SEO experience in SaaS, ecommerce, or tech
Strong writing and editing chops, you own your voice and structure
Proven results ranking content and tracking the pipeline it created
Data-aware and curious, you test formats and understand basic CRO
Commercial mindset, you care about qualified leads, not just impressions
