💼 About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be the first point of contact between the companies we work with and their future customers. You’ll research, connect with, and qualify potential buyers — identifying opportunities that lead to real revenue.
Think of yourself as a business detective and a connector — someone who’s not afraid to start conversations, ask smart questions, and drive interest in solutions that help businesses grow.
You’ll be trained, supported, and developed — but the energy, consistency, and curiosity you bring is what sets you apart.
🔑 What You’ll Do
Proactively reach out to potential customers through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages
Research target accounts and develop personalised messaging that gets attention
Qualify inbound and outbound leads to uncover real needs and pain points
Book meetings and build pipelines for client sales teams
Collaborate with Account Executives to hand over warm, well-qualified opportunities
Keep the CRM updated and share clear, regular reports on your activity
Stay on top of industry trends and continuously sharpen your outreach approach
🌟 What We’re Looking For
2+ years of sales, customer service, or business development experience
Confident, clear communicator — both written and verbal
Highly organised and self-driven, with great attention to detail
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
Familiar with CRM tools and basic sales systems (we’ll train you up if needed!)
💡 Bonus Points For
Previous experience as an SDR or BDR
Experience using sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, or similar
Understanding of sales frameworks (e.g., SPIN, MEDDIC, BANT)
