They’re hiring a Strategic Account Executive (MM/Enterprise Focus) to own and grow net-new revenue, working directly with commercial leadership to move the company from fragmented, small-seat deals into repeatable 6-figure enterprise wins.
About the Opportunity
Role: Strategic Account Executive (MM/Enterprise Focus)
Location: Hybrid - 3 days/week in London office
Base Salary: £70-75k
OTE: Double (Uncapped), Commission paid quarterly
Reports to: CRO
Quota: £750k ARR
Target Deal Size: £50k–£100k+
This is a new business role with a clear expansion lens. You’ll work supported by a dedicated SDR but expected to own pipeline generation like a founder. You’ll run full-cycle deals across enterprise accounts, with a focus on L&D, HR, and Comms - while having freedom to explore other verticals where the product fits.

Global Selling, US-Facing
80% of open pipeline is US-based. While this is a UK HQ role, you’ll be selling globally, owning a vertical - not just a geography - so loads of opportunity for large deal development.
Top Level Leadership
You’ll report directly to a seasoned CRO who’s built and led high-growth SaaS sales teams from early to scale. You’re not joining a "paint by numbers" coporate machine, you’re helping build this motion with the leader from the ground up.
What You’ll Be Doing
Run full-cycle sales across mid-market and enterprise accounts globally
Work 1:1 with your SDR to target verticals, identify accounts, and drive outbound
Expand initial 5-seat deals into 100+ seat rollouts
Sell into L&D, Internal Comms, HR, and Innovation teams
Reframe pain from “we don’t need this” to “we can’t afford not to”
Own messaging, value-building, and deal strategy with minimal red tape
Feed insights back into product, marketing, and GTM ops
What Success Looks Like in Year 1
In Your First 90 Days:
Get deep on use cases, ICP, and deal flow
Build your own outbound rhythm with SDR support
Advance deals to late stage through exceptional discovery
By Year One:
Hit or exceed £750k ARR target
Help double average deal size across your vertical
Become a go-to operator in the team for creative outbound, discovery, and deal expansion
What You Bring
You’ve worked in a SaaS business at the $10M–$20M ARR stage
You’ve sold a “nice-to-have” product and made it a must-buy
You know how to run elite discovery and unlock hidden expansion
You’ve done this successfully in at least two companies
You’ve closed deals in the £50k–£100k+ range
You’re confident working outbound, shaping value, and owning the process
US selling experience is a bonus, but not essential
