🎯 The Role: SDR Team Lead
We’re looking for a standout Sales Development Representative (SDR) Team Lead to take charge of our growing outbound team.
In this role, you’ll be both a coach and a strategist — someone who sets the pace, raises the bar, and gets results. You’ll lead by example, helping a team of ambitious SDRs hit targets, develop skills, and build real momentum for the companies we serve.

🧩 What You’ll Be Doing
Lead & Inspire: Manage a team of SDRs, driving accountability, energy, and performance
Coach for Growth: Run 1:1s, call reviews, and training to help SDRs sharpen their game
Set the Strategy: Work with leadership to refine outbound tactics and sales messaging
Monitor & Report: Track KPIs, analyze data, and continuously improve team outcomes
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with client sales teams to align outreach and improve handoff processes
Handle Escalations: Step in when needed to support complex deals or stuck opportunities
Build Culture: Create a positive, driven environment where your team feels supported, challenged, and set up to win
✅ What You Bring
3+ years in SDR/BDR or sales roles with consistent top performance
1+ year in a team lead, coach, or manager role
Strong grasp of outbound sales strategies and modern sales tools
Confident communicator, motivator, and problem-solver
Hands-on experience with CRM systems and data reporting
Proven ability to meet and exceed team quotas
🛠 Bonus Skills
Experience scaling SDR teams from the ground up
Familiarity with tools like Salesloft, Outreach, HubSpot, or similar
Knowledge of sales frameworks like SPICED, MEDDIC, or Sandler
