We build tech for leaders and experts in the HR tech and SaaS space. They have someone like you on their team, they were former sales people themselves. Vibes and a Starbucks vouchers will not get them on a call; you have to be super credible and understand how APIs work. While WE think integrations are cool, you have to explain it again and again when your mum asks “What do you do again?”
😊 What are the essential no fluff requirements?
Outbound sales experience mixing LinkedIn, email and phone outreach
Track record of selling complex technical products or knowledge of the HR tech landscape
Comfortable working remotely and with a level of independence
