🚀 The Opportunity
Our client is looking for a Head of Sales to own and lead their go-to-market motion across Europe and beyond. This is a pivotal leadership role in their scale-up journey—taking them from ~$25M toward $50M+ in ARR and beyond. The successful candidate will shape and execute the enterprise sales strategy, grow a high-performance team, and drive predictable, scalable revenue using MEDDPIC and best-in-class sales methodologies.
🔍 Responsibilities
Own the European sales strategy—from pipeline generation to closing complex deals
Build, lead, and scale a remote-first sales team across multiple geographies
Drive predictable growth through enterprise deal cycles and strategic partnerships
Implement and enforce MEDDPIC as a core qualification and forecasting framework
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success
Report directly to the CRO and work closely with the executive team
✅ Ideal Candidate
Proven experience leading SaaS sales teams during a $25–50M+ growth phase
Deep expertise in MEDDPIC as both a practitioner and team enabler
Demonstrated success in closing complex, high-value B2B deals (6- and 7-figure contracts)
Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to hire, mentor, and scale sales talent
Experience operating across pan-European markets in a remote-first structure
