The Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Base Salary: £30K–£35K
OTE: + 20% of base (uncapped, based on quality pipeline conversion)
Location: Brighton – 4 days/week in office
Reports to: Head of UK Sales
You’ll be the front line of the UK sales team - prospecting, qualifying, and generating pipeline across DTC brands, marketplace sellers, and scaling e-commerce companies doing £1M–£20M+ in revenue.
This isn’t about booking basic meetings and moving on. You’ll get trained on how to identify real problems, run quality outreach, and work closely with BDMs to generate pipeline that actually converts. All with a manager who's built SDR and AE teams in 2x unicorns and several scaleups.

What You’ll Be Doing
Prospect and qualify new leads across DTC, Amazon, and e-commerce sellers
Partner closely with Account Executives on account strategy and follow-ups
Execute outbound campaigns via calls, email, LinkedIn, and events
Learn to understand merchant pain points and position value in a clear, relevant way
What You’ll Need to Stand Out
6+ months experience in a sales, recruitment, or customer-facing role where you prospected and delivered quality pipeline.
Clear interest in sales and a bias for action - you don’t wait to be told what to do
Strong written communication - you’ll be researching and personalising outreach daily
Curiosity and coachability - you want to grow and see feedback as fuel for improvement
Ambition to progress into a full sales cycle role (or other area of the GTM org)
