Job Title: Sales Development Representative
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 basic + £12,000 commission Y1
Location: Maidenhead

They are highly respected in the industry with relationships with Microsoft and Sage. They already have over 2,500 clients and are now scaling their SDR team to help them add more logos.

They have a strong emphasis on going into the office regularly in order to be able to learn from each other & grow within the company. Responsibilities

Develop new business leads
Utilise prospecting and research tools, coordinate with assigned reps to qualify opportunities; prepare for and book pitch meetings with target prospects.
Strategise with team members to innovate and improve the overall sales development process.
Conduct sales development best practices with email, phone, and social drips using enablement technology to connect with new prospects.
Work closely and collaboratively with the sales team to develop and implement appropriate prospect communication plans.
